Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Clear Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
