Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Fernwood Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Atlanta. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
