Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Silverline Lantern Construction Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with project schedules.
