Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Westbrook Analytics is a transit-planning firm in Kansas City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for survey data and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
