Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Lumen Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
