Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Rivermark Clear Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Tucson. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
