Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Foxglove Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charleston, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
