Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Redstone Harbor Energy delivers power and gas plans across the New Orleans region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for outage response and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
