Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Stonegate Corner Construction Partners is a Tucson contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
