Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Lumen Ridge Construction is a Charlotte contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for project schedules and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
