Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Granite Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
