Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Rivermark Stone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Dallas design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
