Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Clearpath Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for tooling and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
