Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Foxglove Cross Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 646 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
