Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

Redstone River Auto Group is a Seattle company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for supplier deliveries and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
