Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Timber Auto Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for service appointments and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
