Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Philadelphia, PA)

Westbrook Linden Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
