Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Philadelphia, PA)

Greenridge Oak Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for service alerts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
