Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Keystone Environmental Services Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 112 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for fleet maintenance and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
