Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Orlando, FL)

Foxglove Ember Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Orlando and nearby communities, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for treatment plant data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
