Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Orlando, FL)

Summit Willow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Orlando region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for warranty claims and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
