Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Orlando, FL)

Clearpath Junction Water Authority is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Track performance measures for capital projects and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
