Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Oklahoma City, OK)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Group looks after properties across the Oklahoma City region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
