Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Oklahoma City, OK)

Highbridge Quill Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
