Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Oklahoma City, OK)

Rivermark Hollow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for recycling loads and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
