Bright West Environmental Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with fleet maintenance.
