Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Nest Manufacturing is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
