Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for safety records and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
