Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Memphis, TN)

Silverline Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for contractor visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 149 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Track performance measures for contractor visits and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
