Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Memphis, TN)

Rivermark Quarry Energy is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for meter readings and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
