Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Memphis, TN)

We are growing our team at Bright Basin Inspection Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Track performance measures for scheduling and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Memphis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
