Highbridge Glen Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for test reports and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
