Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Indianapolis, IN)

Rivermark Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Indianapolis, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
