Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge Stone Energy is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for usage data and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with service connections.
