Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Grand Rapids, MI)

Clearpath Lakeside Farms Group supplies farm and food customers across the Grand Rapids region. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for grower contracts and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
