Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Cross Transit Planning Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for accessibility audits and act on them. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
