Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Summit Manufacturing and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 132 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for scrap and rework and act on them. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
