Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (El Paso, TX)

Silverline Quill Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around El Paso, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for work orders and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
