Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Cleveland, OH)

Bright Birch Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
