Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Cleveland, OH)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management.
