Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Track performance measures for equipment calibration and act on them. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
