Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Cleveland region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with subcontractor invoices. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
