Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Summit Construction is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Track performance measures for permits and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
