Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Forge Facilities looks after properties across the Buffalo region, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our vendor management. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Experience with contractor visits. • Lean or continuous-improvement training.
