Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Summit Quill Facilities and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track performance measures for customer sites and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
