Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Boise, ID)

Harborlight Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Boise. We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to take on vendor management. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Track performance measures for certifications and act on them. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
