Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Boise, ID)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on vendor management for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track performance measures for production lines and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • Lean or continuous-improvement training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
