Senior Operations Manager - vendor management (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Bright Bridge Environmental Services and adding a Senior Operations Manager whose main responsibility will be vendor management. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Track performance measures for collection routes and act on them. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
