Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Glen Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Tulsa design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior Operations Manager to lead our throughput and quality. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Find and fix the small process problems that cost hours every week. • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. What we are looking for • Good judgement under pressure. • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
