Senior Operations Manager - throughput and quality (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Linden Facilities is looking for a Senior Operations Manager. The job centres on throughput and quality for safety inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Plan daily and weekly work and keep it moving when things change. • Track performance measures for safety inspections and act on them. • Manage a team of supervisors and coordinators. • Lead safety and compliance routines and follow up on incidents. • Manage vendors, contracts and budgets. What we are looking for • Comfort with numbers, schedules and reports. • Good judgement under pressure. • Four or more years in operations, with some people-management. Nice to have • Lean or continuous-improvement training. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
